Hangcha Group Co. , ltd. is the largest private owned forklift manufacturer of forklifts, mobile access equipment, industrial towing tractors and warehouse equipment in China, founded in 1956. This modern factory produces 250,000 units per year and 20.000 units are yearly exported to Europe. Hangcha Group established in 2021 in Almere Buiten a HangCha European Service Center, HangCha Netherlands BV, to improve the quality of the HangCha product. With 15.000 parts articles on stock, a technical support team and service training center for the European HangCha dealers the after sales and service quality is guaranteed. HangCha Netherlands BV is the HangCha distributor for the Netherlands for new truck sales. Together with a professional network of forklift dealers the HangCha product is sold, rented and leased to customers in all kind of branches. In the warehouse and workshop in Almere the new HangCha trucks are received, stocked and prepared for sales. 

Due to the rapid growth, HangCha Netherlands is looking for After Sales Service Manager.

Activities After Sales Service Manager

The After-Sales Service Manager is responsible for managing and supervising the after-sales service team.

Together with a team of Dutch and Chinese technicians, he must ensuring that customer issues are promptly addressed, equipment is in optimal working condition and customer customers are satisfied. This role requires management skills, overview and strong leadership. With knowledge of or feeling for technology. The daily communication in the company and the customers in Europe is in English.

Key responsibilities and skills:

-Team Management:

•Lead the after-sales service team, develop work plans, and assign tasks to ensure efficient service solutions.

•Reports the result of claims, quality and warranty issues and customer satisfaction directly to the general management.

•Processes the administration in the company ERP system.

-Customer Service:

•Maintain excellent communication with the European dealers and understand their needs of support.

•Ensure that customer after-sales service requests are responded to quickly, offering professional technical support.

-Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

•Have a understanding of the used technology and is able to push the team to gain all the knowledge about the applied technology.

•Push the team to solve all problems in the field with effectively diagnose and reliable solutions.

•Coordinate complex technical problems by on-site service when necessary.

•Reports to the factory in China the quality and warranty issues.

What we ask:

-You are people manager with technical skills.

-You have a HBO degree or HBO working and thinking level.

-You enjoy working in a new international company with high ambitions for growth and new technology.

-A customer-oriented attitude and "hands-on" mentality.

-Technical experience in the forklift technology is a plus.

-You are willing to travel in Europe and to China if needed.

-You are willing to participate on exhibitions in Europe.
